E.F.A. - Employers Forum on Age               Campaigning for an Age Diverse Workforce

About E.F.A

EFA challenges age discrimination and promotes age diversity in the workplace.

They currently list 160 employers, representing nearly 3 million people- over 10% of the total workforce in the UK.

EFA provides expertise on age issues and an authoritative insight into the attitudes, policy and practice of UK employers.

The Employers Forum on Age is a network created by employers for employers. It is the first ever employer-led initiative that confronts the changes needed to achieve the business benefit of a mixed-age workforce.
